Eligibility for Returns
- Defective Items: Any item found to have a manufacturing defect that deviates from worldwide standards can be returned
- Incorrect Orders: If the delivered item does not match the approved customization or size chart provided by the client, a replacement will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items customized with specific client logos or brand names that were correctly produced according to the client’s instructions cannot be returned for “change of mind”.
